Highlight of yesterday afternoon was the Investiture for Commendation, Efficiency and Long Service Medals at the Istana. It was commendable that the ceremony was efficiently over in minutes after a long wait. The buffet line formed just as efficiently and service of course took a while.Only remember visiting the Istana once when I was tiny, probably during the open house of a public holiday.
